A: Dr.J Autoklav is a cementitious structural material. This means it has cement-like properties and acts as a primary binding agent that sets and hardens into a rock-solid, rock-like mass. It creates dense Calcium Silicate Hydrate (C-S-H) gels through hydration, ensuring that walls gain strength over time.

This cementitious quality ensures a superior “mineral-to-mineral” bond with our specialized DRJ-500 High-Strength Mortar, virtually eliminating weak spots that lead to cracking and spalling.

Q6: What is the proper method for installation? I need reassurance on how panels are secured.

A: Our comprehensive installation methodology is engineered for structural integrity and speed:

1. Prep & Marking: Ensure the base is level, mark the layout using laser tools, and stage materials efficiently.
2. Base Layer: Apply a 25mm to 50mm AAC Mortar base layer.
3. Mechanical Fastening: Panels are secured to the floor slab and beam soffit using specialized pipe connectors (driven two per end) fastened with 2″ concrete screws.
4. Connection: Use the built-in Tongue and Groove feature to lock panels together. All joints must be filled with mortar.
5. Combination Walls: Use L-Angle Connectors to anchor AAC blocks to AAC stiffener columns (spaced no more than three meters) or other structural members.
6. Oversight: All installations must be approved by the design structural engineer and supervised by the project architect or engineer.
