DR.J AutoKlav AAC Panels are steel reinforced and made with millions of tiny air pores, heat-cured to set and cut into panels or blocks of varying sizes. AAC panels are up to 70% lighter than traditional concrete hollow blocks while providing reliable seismic resistant strength with a comprehensive strength of up to 900 psi and load bearing up to 140kn.

AAC Panels are considered green building materials perfect for commercial, industrial and high-rise construction.  AAC is energy efficient with superior thermal Insulation and keeps buildings naturally cool thus reducing air conditioning costs of a building by up to 40%.

Traditional hollow block and cement construction needs more surface treatment, steel bar reinforcement and finishing. The use of DR.J Autoklav  AAC Panels requires much less labor, steel, cement, materials and time. That results in savings on construction costs by up to 30% !

AAC Panels are also eco-friendly and more sustainable.  DR.J Autoklav  AAC Panels are manufactured in a new 6,000 sqm facility in Cebu utilizing a non-polluting process made of non-toxic ingredients. The only by-product is steam and 100% of excess materials can be recycled into new panels. 

DR.J AutoKlav AAC Panels are available in sizes up to 4200mm in length, 600mm width and 100-200mm thick. Also available in blocks (600 x 300 x 100-150mm).
