Recently, Europhil Advanced Material & New Technology Inc. began the manufacturing and distribution of Dr. J. AutoKlav Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels. Manufactured in a brand new 3.5 hectare facility in Cebu, DR J AutoKlav AAC Panels are certified green building materials perfect for commercial, industrial and high-rise construction.

DR. J AutoKlav Panels are steel reinforced pre-cast Autoclave Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels made with millions of tiny air pores, heat-cured to set and cut into panels or blocks of varying sizes.

Our AAC panels and blocks are up to 70% lighter than traditional concrete hollow blocks while providing reliable seismic resistant strength with fire and sound resistance. DR. J Autoklav Panels undergoes a special autoclave curing process that creates Tobermorite, a super strong binding agent. Well-crystallized Tobermorite forms a strong network within the AAC panels, making it tough and resist cracking.
